Sport's Injuries - Treatment for bruises

I have a knock on both my legs last Sunday during a Futsal session. I have a knock on my lower right shin, while sprain my left ankle. It is not a pleasant experience at all to have both legs injured. It is very painful and totally immobilized me. What's important right now is to get it treated. I have tried to elevate both my legs in order to not let the blood concentrated at the injured spot, plus put ice at the injured area. I have even consulted with a doctor regarding the injuries, and am thankful that there's nothing wrong with my right shin. Still, it's not healing that well because the swelling has not resided. Since I'm living alone, it will be hard for it to heal because I need to be mobilize all the time. Web Services with ASP.NET 2.0 in C#

As usual, the first thing that I would do is to buy a book that could teach me the basic of web service development. Of this, I bought Beginning ASP.NET 2.0 with C#, published by Wrox. This book only cover a little bit of web service, but it's just enough for me to learn the fundamental of the web service building block. As I learned how to create the web service using Visual Studio 2005, together with some example from MSDN website, I was managed to create the web service. There wasn't much coding need to be done, as the ASP.NET 2.0 framework has made it easier to develop web appplication. Note about the development that I made: 1. Sending binar
